I booked this rental online. Most of the time it's not want you thought when you get there, however this place was great. The pictures online do not do it justice. I loved everything about it. The staff there was a dream to work with. Everything was so easy and right on. I will be coming back that is for sure.

This location was out of town, yet close enough to town. Booking was easy. We generally stay the week of Thanksgiving, but couldn't believe this rate just by coming the week before. The cleanliness of the unit was great. We enjoy the hot tub at night, sitting on the porch in the early morning. I only wish the fireplace had been wood-burning; I'm told that's hard to find these days; everyone is going to gas logs! We enjoy looking at the National Park and Cades Cove, and the holiday lights in the evenings. We also come to cook for each other and really don't dine out. We had a wonderful stay. The Smokies are just as wonderful in the winter as any other time of year. The Colonial Properties staff was so gracious and helpful. When we arrived to check in, the cabin we originally booked was not available to us due to poor road conditions.
