This resort was very helpful on the direction and great ticket prices on all the events and places to go. the other rentals i have stay in wants you to go and see places before they will let you buy ticket to places. Everyone at this resort made me feel like i was the only one they had to tin to when i would come in for something. it made me feel great that i had rented from such a company that puts people first not money. thanks again for making my family vaction a great one. Deja View was great. Plenty of space especially with kids. They retreated to the bonus room and there is plenty of room to go on the decks, etc.
Decorated nicely as well.

We loved Deja View. It was spacious, beautiful and well thought out. We loved how the game room was so large and was upstairs. We could all have fun together. The addition of the larger dining room table fit our group well. We also thought the beds were very comfortable. We would happily stay there again.
The staff at Colonial Properties were very helpful when we were selecting our cabin. They helped us find just the right one for my son who is in a wheelchair and needed his bedroom on the main floor.
This all contributed to us having our best trip ever to Pigeon Forge.
