The rental was well maintained and clean. The staff was very pleasant and willing to help with anything you ask when getting direction to the rental. High Cloud lived up to its name. The pictures online didn't do it justice. We just kept climbing higher and higher and when we all went onto the deck the view was awesome. This was our first vacation with two of our sons and their families and we all had a wonderful time. The staff at Colonial Properties were so kind and helpful. High Cloud was the location of our 3-family vacation. The best was to describe it would be PERFECT!! The 3 levels gave each family their own space with a huge living room and kitchen/dining area along with a deck with an awesome view. It has a washer/dryer so if you have a few extra minutes you can take clean clothes home adding to your "end" of vacation experience. If you are thinking of High Cloud it is definitely YES!
