This was our second Christmas to book a vacation rental with Colonial Properties. I had some specific questions regarding a rental and the staff was very helpful in helping me choose the right cabin. When we arrived, the staff was just as friendly and helpful. We found the cabin to be very nice and extremely clean and well maintained. We also received a call later that night from the staff to see if we had any problmes or concerns after getting settled into the cabin. The prices are very affordable and that allows us to visit the Smoky Mountains two or three times a year. Every time I get an e-mail from Colonial Properties, I want to pack up and head to the Smokies.
