The cabin is great and the location is just perfect for five sisters that don't want to go to the top of a mountain.

If you like to shop while you're on vacation, Creekside Delight is the perfect spot!

Well kept log cabin. Decks had plenty of privacy. You wouldn't know there was a cabin 40ft away. Felt like you were in the middle of the woods.

We took our family vacation to the Great Smoky Mountains. The house was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay there. If you are going to the mountains I would check out Colonial Properties cabins. You will be glad you did.

Enjoyed the stay, hope to be back next Christmas.
We stayed at Creekside Delight on Mother's Day weekend and it was a wonderful experience. The cabin was more than big enough for a party of 14. Nice place except that the air hockey table was gone but they quickly refunded some money and all was well. We enjoyed the space and the hot tub and we will gladly come and stay with Colonial Properties in the future.
This is our first time to stay in a family cabin but will not be our last. More than met our expectations! Very spacious for large family.
I stayed in Creekside Delight with my husband and his family for a week in mid July. There were seven adults staying in this four bedroom cabin and it seemed like the perfect size. The check-in and check-out was very easy and hassle free. We were very pleased with the cabin itself. The location was great, close to everything in Pigeon Forge and in a neighborhood with other very nice cabins. We liked that the cabin backed up to trees, which made it feel private. The furniture met our needs well and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dinnerware and we were able to cook two meals a day at the cabin and save a ton of money. However, there were minor annoyances with all of the kitchen appliances. The refrigerator took a long time to cool down and for the first night we were even afraid it was not going to keep our food cool enough. The oven temperature was difficult to predict and the dishwasher was difficult to load because it was at an angle and automatically closed. We loved sitting on the back porch in the mornings and in the evenings, it was very peaceful. The hot tub on the porch was a hit with our group and the community pool was a nice. bonus! Since we were staying an entire week, it would have been nice to have a change in both bath towels and kitchen towels. The garbage was convenient on the porch, but for a group of 7 making many meals at the cabin it was not large enough and there was no option for recycling. It added stress to the vacation to figure out what options we had to dispose of our our extra trash. We did have some trouble with ants. This was not a huge surprise in a wooded area, but once they got to some of our food it was an uphill battle against the ants! Everyone agreed it was a fabulous vacation and we would definitely rent through Colonial Properties again and even stay at Creekside Delight if we had the same size group!

Some co-workers of mine wanted just a weekend away from work. We stayed at Creekside Delight. Very affordable and 10 of us went. Couldn't believe how roomy and spacious it was we didn't feel crowded everyone had a comfortable place to sleep we had a blast. We have decided we would like to take one of these weekends at least once every three months.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Creekside Delight. We went with our two grown daughters and their husbands plus their 6 children. The children had a great time playing pool and using the hot tub even in the super cold 26 degree days. We had more than enough room to accommodate all 12 of us. We will definitely return to rent from Colonial Properties again. Super efficient and hassle free.
