Great location, a really nice house, loved the layout and design. I was not disappointed in the house. The only bad thing was I wished I had a house just like it!!

This was our 3rd stay with Colonial Properties and we plan on using them again and again in the future. They always have everything so set up and ready for you and make you feel like you are on a vacation being pampered. The place was immaculate.

Our family visited this property for a weekend getaway. It was so much more than we expected. The decor is beautiful and cozy. We felt very at home there. LOVED the jacuzzi tubs in each bedroom/bathroom. Only wish we could have stayed longer. The location was also a big plus. We were 5 minutes from all the attractions of Pigeon Forge.

My family and I enjoyed this cabin over the New Year's Eve weekend. The cabin was more than expected. The pictures online were great but the cabin in person was even better than expected. It was clean, cozy and comfortable. The decor was current and really made the cabin feel like home. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub as well as the jacuzzi tubs. We even cooked our traditional New Year's Day meal in the kitchen (black eyed peas and hog's jaw). We visit the Smokies a few times a year and this cabin was by far the best place we have ever stayed. We all came away saying that we will definitely chose this cabin for our next stay. The Colonial Properties office was great as well. They were so helpful - unlike many other property management companies that I have used in the past. The staff really seemed to care. The courtesy phone call to make sure that we were able to get into the cabin and to check that everything was working was very much appreciated. We had a great time!!

We had a great time at the cabin. The cabin was decorated for Christmas and felt like home. Great location and just far enough off the main road to make you feel like you were secluded on a mountain. We can't wait for our next trip to the mountains.

Wonderful, couldn't ask for a more peaceful resort and cabin, easy ride to all the sites. Loved it. Hope they let us stay there again!
