We had a wonderful time in Base Camp! The house was beautifully furnished and well equipped, with beautiful views. It was the perfect location for our summer family get-together. We are definitely planning a return visit!

I thought that the cabin was well kept and there was plenty of room. The view was great and the only bear we saw was the bear running down the road in front of our car. We had a great time and look forward to a return visit. This is our second year staying with Colonial Properties, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The cabins are beautiful.
