LIVING ROOM
With so many windows, the living room is light and bright! Stretch out on the leather sectional sofa that seems to go on forever. Everyone can gather here and still have space to sprawl. In the sleek, wall-mounted electric fireplace, colorful flames dance at the touch of a switch. Above the fireplace is the flat-screen TV. Binge all the sports, series and movies your heart desires.
KITCHEN
You’ll relish cooking in this conveniently laid out kitchen, fully equipped with all the cookware, dishes and utensils you need. Whip up sandwiches or tacos for lunch. Experiment with that yummy lasagna recipe you’ve been wanting to try–you’ve got time to do it right, without work or chores to interrupt you! Prefer sampling local classics like BBQ or Smoky Mountain river trout? You’re just five minutes from town, so order takeout from one of Gatlinburg’s delicious restaurants.
DINING ROOM

BEDROOMS

Absolutely loved this property! Party of six girlfriends and everyone loved it. The pictures on the website and what you see in person is exactly the same! Beautifully decorated. Would definitely rent again! The contact between Colonial Properties and myself from beginning to end were awesome! They were always checking in and following up to make sure things were o.k. I would definitely rent this property again and the service and contact from Colonial Properties makes me want to always look for rentals through them. 100% satisfied.

Hop skip and a Jump! Awesome 3 bedroom 2 bath cabin between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge up behind the craftsman area! The Two granddaughters had the 2nd floor with two bedrooms and a full bathroom and fun room! Downstairs is huge! Wife loved it so much we stayed 10 days instead of the 7 originally booked! Property was clean as a whistle! Very secluded but close to both towns with 3 different routes. Saw bears on 2 routes and a lot of turkeys on all 3! Colonial is the best!

Beautiful place!! The entire place is set up with everything you could ever need. The back screened in porch is great for having breakfast and enjoying all the sounds of nature. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and serve great meals. It is a great place for gathering and enjoying family. The bedrooms are roomy and the beds are very comfortable. The drive to Pigeon Forge is a little windy but it has great scenery along the way. I would recommend the place as a great get away and will book again next time our family wants to meet half way to catch up!!

Our stay here was perfect! The house is just as pictured and very clean! Within a short driving distance of downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. There was plenty of space for our group of 6. We utilized the grill and screened in porch for a lot of our stay. This was the perfect place for our relaxing getaway. Would definitely recommend!
