The creek was more than we expected. The sound was louder than we had expected. It was beautiful.
Our stay in Rippling Waters was more than we expected. The view was great and the privacy was good. The sound of the creek was very relaxing. The cabin was very clean and equipped for our stay. The fireplace was a pleasant addition to our vacation. I would recommend this rental to anyone who wants a cozy romantic getaway.

We enjoyed every moment while vacationing in the Smokies. The cabin that we stayed in was everything that we expected. It was so clean and inviting. Our stay was so pleasant. We plan to visit again in the fall!

Our cabin was everything we had hoped for. It was in a quiet area. The stream running behind it added a nice romantic touch. It was very clean. The air conditioning and the hot tub (which had just been cleaned)was on. It was very relaxing to walk in after a long drive and relax. We had no problems with anything. It was the perfect get away.
The office personnel at Colonial were nice and very helpful. You were made to "feel at home" as soon as you walked in the office.

We had a great time at this cabin. The cabin was great for 2 people. We especially liked the mountain stream running right next to the cabin. It was very peaceful!!

Colonial Properties was an excellent choice for our one year anniversary! We were in a great cozy cabin overlooking a beautiful flowing creek. The cabin was spotless! We're going back next year and booking with Colonial again!
Me and my wife spent our honeymoon at the rippling waters cabin and we love it there. We were impressed with the condition and how clean the cabin was and have recommended Colonial Properties to our family and friends. We are planning a trip this summer back with our four children.
