If your idea of fun is nightlife with cool cocktails, local beers, and plenty of music, dancing, and karaoke, check out these Gatlinburg night spots.
Country star Blake Shelton created Ole Red, where you can hear live music from up-and-coming performers from morning until closing time. Kick back and listen while you sip a drink, or hit the dance floor. You might catch a celebrity guest on stage! Chow on dishes like ribs, meatloaf, catfish, burgers, and sandwiches while you listen. Wash down your hearty food with a draft or canned beer or Ole Red’s unique cocktails with names like Dirty Tractor and Hillbilly Breeze.
You can’t miss Smoky Mountain Brewery! Look for the big building that’s a cross between a ski lodge and a Bavarian beer hall. Or just follow your nose, because you can smell the brewery’s hops before you walk in the door. Look for live team trivia contests, karaoke, live music, and NFL football on the brewery’s big-screen TVs.
House-brewed beers are the specialty, but an extensive cocktails, spirits, and wine selection means great drinks for everyone. Wings are a standout, slathered with spicy-sweet Thunder Road Sauce, or “naked” and served with your choice of sauces. Choose from pizza, calzones, or steak and chicken entrees.
Three Jimmy’s keeps you hopping with karaoke, open mic nights, live music, and games of cornhole. The down-home menu includes pizza, burgers, and sandwiches but Three Jimmys also features steaks, pulled pork barbecue, and comfort foods like chicken pot pie and roast beef. Listen to live music Wednesdays through Saturdays and karaoke on Saturday nights. The bar stays open late Wednesdays through Saturdays, too.
