Very relaxing stay

Had a wonderful time in this cabin. It is very well layed out and set up for being a small cabin. View from the cabin was good. Hot tub was a great addition for our stay. Location was great for travel to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg both. Only complaint is the the shower heads be taller.

We celebrated our 8th wedding Anniversary this week with our 5 year old daughter and one on the way. This is our second time here at Black Bear's den and it's like a home away from home. We visited Roaring Forks and Cades Cove. My husband proposed to me at Cades Cove 9 years ago and at the exact location, we go to see a mama bear. It was so special. We had a great time, wish we could stay longer! We were supposed to head to SC, but the hurricane had other plans, ugh. No bear sightings. We visited Anakeesta, the Aquarium, and played a lot of mini golf. Loved the views and the hot tub! Hope to be back soon.

We truly enjoyed our stay! We loved going into Gatlinburg. Lots of Christmas lights and decorations. We also drove thorough the mountains to soak in the views. We spent most of the Christmas Eve in the hot tub relaxing. We only went into town for one day and enjoyed the pizza at Mellow Mushroom and used the grill to grill streaks. Definitely recommend doing the lift in Gatlinburg to overlook the entire town. It was just the two of us but there is plenty room for kids.

Great time!

We enjoyed our stay, going up ad down the driveway was an adventure. We ate at the Old Mill Restaurant, Graze Burgers, Ole Red's and Papa Leone's Pizza. we went to Dollywood, the Christmas lighter were nice and the cinnamon head was worth the wait in line! We also went to Gatlinburg for the sky lift and sky bridge. Also had a lot of fun tasting at Sugarlands. Enjoyed relaxing away from our kids and fur children in the serene setting.

Me and my family are here for a short vacation. We started our day by going to Cades Cove. It was my first time but my parents and my sister have been before. It was very beautiful. We didn't see any bear though. We did see some turkey and crows. After that we went to Tuckaleechee Caverns. It was very cool and interesting. Next up Dollywood. We went to see the drone show and the fireworks!

We enjoyed staying here at the cabin! While we were here we... drove to Clingman's Dome and on the drive back we stopped to hike Chimney Tops Trail. that evening we enjoyed the Dolly Parton's Stampede! We spent time in Gatlinburg, rode the skylift, walked over the swinging bridge. We drove the Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail. Thanks for everything! 3 sisters from Pennsylvania

We visited over a long May weekend. We visited Dollywood (buy the fast passes!) We also visited Ober Gatlinburg and walked downtown Gatlinburg. We loved "The Village" with 27 unique shops. A good place to eat is the Alamo Steakhouse, they were great! We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice little cabin with plenty of privacy!

The cabin itself is a nice cabin with plenty of space for what you need. The hot tub is in a great location and are able to watch the sun rise perfectly in the mornings. The pool table location is a little tight to be able to play well but overall a great cabin with only one cabin next to you!

Quick mountain getaway

Such a Beautiful View here!! We had an amazing time white water rafting, zipling and a rope course. Then we explored and went shopping and relaxed. All in all it was wonderful.

We enjoyed staying here at the cabin! While we were here we... drove to Clingman's Dome and on the drive back we stopped to hike Chimney Tops Trail. that evening we enjoyed the Dolly Parton's Stampede! We spent time in Gatlinburg, rode the skylift, walked over the swinging bridge. We drove the Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail. Thanks for everything! 3 sisters from Pennsylvania

We visited over a long May weekend. We visited Dollywood (buy the fast passes!) We also visited Ober Gatlinburg and walked downtown Gatlinburg. We loved "The Village" with 27 unique shops. A good place to eat is the Alamo Steakhouse, they were great! We really enjoyed our stay.

The cabin itself is a nice cabin with plenty of space for what you need. The hot tub is in a great location and are able to watch the sun rise perfectly in the mornings. The pool table location is a little tight to be able to play well but overall a great cabin with only one cabin next to you!

Cabin fit our needs for the week, which was basically somewhere in the mountain area to sleep, as we spent majority of our time exploring Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Very cozy and the perfect size for the two us. We even had a furry visitor (bear) on our porch one night.

The Anderson's was here and we enjoyed ourselves here in the cozy cottage. We also enjoy the nature walks, the downtown tour of shopping center and rides. Beautiful time to make memories.

We got married in February and came down from Ohio for a mini-honeymoon. We loved our time and enjoyed movie nights and the hot tub. We hike in the national park and enjoyed the beautiful views.

Wonderful stay! It was beyond nice to get away and have a relaxing weekend to ourselves. I would highly recommend the skylift for a rush of adrenaline and Holston's for dinner. It located on Dolly Parton Parkway. We even got engaged! We will be returning very soon!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. We loved the hot tub, watching Netflix on the couch on a rainy day, and finding all the lovely hiking trails this part of TN has to offer. The cabin itself was clean and organized. We’d definitely rent this cabin again!

This was the most relaxing anniversary getaway ever! My and husband and I have never been so relaxed and at peace as we were here at "Black Bear Den". We will be returning very soon. The early morning sunrise was the best part of the stay for us. All the way from Michigan.

Thank you for allowing us to use your cabin. It has truly been a home away from home. My husband and I enjoyed our 6 year anniversary with our 3 year old daughter. She really enjoyed the "hot water" (hot tub). We look forward to visiting again.

This was our first getaway together and enjoyed every minute of it. We were quite active and on the go a lot but accomplished much. We hiked Grotto Falls (highly recommend) visited Anakeesta and the Sky lift Park. We enjoyed the cabin in the evening playing pool and sitting out while the sun was setting. Super cozy and relaxing! We highly recommend this cabin and would love to come back.

We came here for our honeymoon. We enjoyed going on a wine and shine tour that toured different wineries and distilleries in the area. We enjoyed using the grill l to make our dinner for the 4th. We relaxed in the hot tub and played pool. Enjoyed the Smokies!

Really enjoyed our stay. This was our honeymoon. It has been peaceful and quiet and relaxing. I will be back next year for our anniversary. we were able to ride in the helicopter and see the beauty of these mountains.

I brought my husband to this sweet little getaway spot for his 30th birthday. This cabin was everything we hoped for and more! We especially enjoyed the beautiful view and how peaceful our stay was. We expect to return very soon and looking forward to many more special memories to make.
