Livin' the Dream is a fully stocked, secluded mountain
getaway cabin with stunning Smokies views offering complete privacy, featuring
two luxurious bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area, and
two bedrooms that accommodate up to six guests, making it the perfect vacation
spot to relax and explore all the sights and sounds of the Gatlinburg area.
LIVING ROOM
After the lovely mountain drive to the cabin,
you’ll be delighted to find this luxurious living space waiting for you!
Honeyed-oak planking surrounds you, along with
cathedral ceilings and exposed beams. Ample leather seating, a mountain stone
fireplace, and a flat-screen TV wait to pamper you, all while you’re surrounded
by spectacular mountain views!
KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen is mere steps away and
is a cheerful space to take care of your family! You’ll find plenty of counter
space here, along with everything you might need to whip up your favorite
recipes.
All cookery, flatware, and dishes are included for
your convenience.
DINING ROOM
A centrally located wooden dining table can seat
up to six, and if more space is needed, there are two more spots at the
breakfast counter. Windows surround this dining space, so you’ll be taking in those
views all throughout your meals!
BEDROOMS
The main level hosts a well-appointed queen suite.
It features comfy bedding, a flat-screen TV, and a nearby full bath for added
convenience. An abundance of wood-planking lends this space a rustic feel, for
that authentic cabin experience!
Venture upstairs, and you’ll find the relaxing
master suite. In this oasis, you’ll find a comfortable bed, flat-screen TV,
cathedral ceiling, and an ensuite full bath.
LOFT
The game room loft offers sensational mountain
views, a pool table for hours of enjoyment with your friends and family, a
flat-screen TV, pub table, stereo, and an amazing bench seat that runs the
whole length of the loft area. Located off of the game room is a covered deck
with mountain views as far as the eye can see.
OUTDOOR SPACES
This cabin has truly exceptional views, and a
wrap-around deck for you to enjoy them!
You’ll find patio seating for picnics, a hot tub
for soaking, and rocking chairs for relaxing out here.
Bring a bottle of wine, or layout a midnight
buffet on the patio table! See who can find the most constellations, or who can
see the most animals!

With all the luxury that Livin’ the Dream has to
offer, you might not ever want to leave the cabin. But if you do, you are
within minutes of any convenience that Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg has to offer,
from charming local eateries to grocery shopping, to entertainment.

The cabin was great! It was just like the pictures and we really enjoyed it. The location was also great for our daily adventures through the Smokey Mountains, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We look forward to visiting again. The customer service was awesome!

Livin the Dream is just that, a dream. The cabin and its surroundings are beautiful. It has a great view and is very peaceful. There are a few other cabins in the area but they aren’t visible and are far enough away that we never heard anything from them. The cabin had everything we needed and we can’t wait until next year so that we can Live the Dream again.

Excellent Cabin was exactly as pictured. Roomy, spacious. There were other cabins around but not too close. Quiet wooded area. Enjoyed listening to turkeys on the balcony. It was a dream! Wish we could have stayed longer. On our first day there we saw a bear crossing the road about a mile from the cabin. Other wildlife at the cabin: squirrels, rabbits, 1 chipmunk; 1 turtle, and a red bird. We were definitely able to experience mountain living.

Truly Livin the Dream This was our second stay at Livin the Dream cabin. It had been almost 2 years since our first visit. The cabin looked exactly the same and we were very excited to come back. We have rented 2 other Colonial Properties in those 2 years and every one has been a joy. We trust Colonial Properties because their cabins always look exactly like the pictures and they’re service is top notch! Livin the Dream has such a remarkable view of the mountains and provides us with all the amenities and entertainment needed for my husband and I to relax and have fun. Slice of heaven We thoroughly enjoyed our little getaway and staying in your precious little cabin. It had everything we needed and more. The hot tub was amazing and we enjoyed relaxing in it while it was snowing. The Mountain View was beautiful. Our fireplace’s pilot light had gone out and maintenance was sent immediately and it was fixed to where we could enjoy it the rest of our stay. The only thing I would suggest is putting a door covering on the glass doors for a little more sense of security especially at night. I understand you don’t want the views blocked but it would be nice to have the option. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your cabin. We plan on returning when the weather warms up and bringing our family with us. 😊

Great Stay The pictures really depict how it’s actually looks. It was very clean and a great experience with my Family. I recommend and will stay again. The only critique beyond control is the night driving , it can be really dangerous for inexperienced drivers.
