Mountain Sounds

Mountain Sounds is a conveniently located two-bedroom Pigeon Forge cabin that accommodates up to six guests with ease and is just minutes away from the theme park fun at Dollywood and outdoor recreation at vast Douglas Lake, making it an ideal base for soaking up all the Smokies have to offer.

Living Area

Step into the open-plan main level, where floor-to-ceiling windows brighten every corner. Sink into the plush sofa or leather couch. The charming, rustic decor features a handcrafted log table, bent-wood rocking chair, bear-themed rug, and honey-toned wood paneling on the vaulted ceiling. Curl up by the fireplace and binge your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. Looking for more active pursuits? Play the tabletop shuffleboard game! 

Kitchen and Dining Area

Like all Colonial Properties kitchens, this one comes fully equipped with all the cookware, gadgets, and utensils you need to make family meals, create picnics or whip up snacks. The satiny, pale wood cabinets, ample counter space, and kitchen island give you plenty of space for food storage and prep. 

The dining area is conveniently located just steps from the kitchen. The round table seats four, with two additional seats at the handy island nearby. 

Bedrooms

The king bedroom’s log furniture, patchwork quilt, and woven rug have a country vibe. A flat-screen TV means you can watch shows in bed, or you can gaze out the window at the trees right outside. The main bathroom features a stone-tiled shower and a double-sink vanity that makes getting ready so quick. No waiting!

The queen bedroom features a log bed and wood furnishings too, plus cheery bears on the wall and of course a TV. For privacy, there’s a second full bath.

Got more guests than bedrooms? There's a sleeper sofa in the living area!

Outdoor Spaces

Grab a cup of coffee and sit on the deck to watch birds in the trees. Deck seating includes old-fashioned rocking chairs and a wrought metal loveseat and chair set. Can you hear them calling you to relax in the fresh air with a glass of local fruit wine?

Melt away stress in the deck’s hot tub any time of night or day. This private hot tub is screened from outside and is yours alone. 

Other Amenities 

The full-sized washer and dryer set is a big help after a muddy hike or a dusty day of go-karting or ziplining.

Mountain Sounds includes WiFi plus cable and satellite TV. 

The cabin provides two parking spaces.
