Over Gatlinburg Condo is a conveniently located two-bedroom condo rental that accommodates up to six guests, where you can stay close to nature and history at the Great Smoky Mountains National Park or enjoy downtown Gatlinburg's attractions and nightlife. This beautiful condo is on the second floor and does not have an elevator. 

Living Area

The simple, contemporary decor creates a serene oasis. Calm, neutral colors surround and soothe you. The softly suede sofa and loveseat offer ample space to sprawl. Sip local moonshine or Tennessee fruit wine while you watch your favorite movies or binge-streaming series on the flat-screen TV. Relax under the cooling ceiling fan in summer or, in winter, light a warming blaze in the stone fireplace.

Kitchen and Dining Area

You’ll love the convenient cooking and dining setup! Eat at the beautiful granite counter that separates the living area from the kitchen. On the other side, the kitchen is laid out for easy food prep, with gleaming, stainless steel appliances and a double sink to make cleanup a snap. This fully equipped kitchen holds all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you need. Use the counter to lay out a waffle bar with toppings, or a taco bar with all the fixings, for a fun, custom meal. 

Bedrooms

Each of the two bedrooms features a comfortable, queen-sized bed, seating, and plenty of storage for all your Smokies vacation gear. Unpack and settle in–you’ll feel right at home! A roomy sleeper sofa accommodates two additional guests. 

Two full bathrooms, each with a shower and tub combo, give everyone space to get ready in the mornings without waiting. You’ll be out the door in no time, whether you’re heading for a hike or a day of shopping. 

Outdoor Spaces

The spacious balcony is like a second living room, with a bonus: Fresh, mountain breezes! The roof keeps out the sun and rain. The sofa and chairs invite you to hang out and take in the views of wooded slopes on the horizon.

Your condo rental comes with three parking spaces, so invite the grandparents or family friends to meet you. Parking’s no problem here!
