The Overlook is the perfect cabin retreat for any occasion, nestled atop a mountainside just minutes away from Pigeon Forge's great shopping, dining, and attractions, offering four bedrooms and four bathrooms comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests, with a fully equipped kitchen for cooking, spacious deck taking in the views, and bubbling hot tub for relaxation after a long day of exploring, guaranteeing unforgettable memories to cherish for years to come.

Living Room

When you enter the living space, you’ll feel instantly welcomed by this inviting space. The super relaxing living room features comfy furnishings and welcoming decor, a cathedral ceiling overhead, deck access, TV, and a stacked stone fireplace.

Natural light abounds, and you can gaze through the windows at the expansive mountain views. You’ll feel your stress melting away within minutes!

Kitchen

Steps away, you’ll find an adorable, fully-stocked kitchen. This happy space makes it easy for you to care for your family while on vacation! Cook up your family favorites, or bring something back from town. Either way, this space has you covered!

All cookery, flatware, and dishes are included for your convenience.

Dining Room

The centrally-located wooden farm table can seat six, and is a great multi-functional space! Bring a stack of board games and have a family game night! Play LIFE for hours with the kids. #qualitytime!

Bedrooms

All bedrooms here feature comfy beds, posh amenities, and windows to open to let that mountain air in!

The main level hosts two luxurious king bedroom suites on either side of the living area. Each bedroom features a vaulted ceiling, flat-screen TVs, bedside jetted tubs for the ultimate relaxation, large windows that enhance the Smoky Mountain view, and full baths with tiled walk-in showers. This is the life!!

On the lower level, flanking each side of the gaming and living area, you’ll find two additional king suite bedrooms. Both feature windows that frame the mountain view, TVs, and full baths with shower/tub combos.

Game Room

The Overlook

This cabin was amazing it accommodates everything you need felt like home away from home the decor was nice and the view at night was beautiful I would recommend this cabin to anybody looking for relaxation and and piece of mind.

We have always dreamed of a mountain getaway with our family. We greatly appreciate the privacy of The Overlook as well as the scenery. It was just as we imagined! Secluded, peaceful and beautiful! If you are looking for a peaceful, beautiful location The Overlook would be what you are looking for! Loved the fact that we were secluded on a mountain top, yet just minutes away from Gatlinburg, Dollywood and Old Mill District. Pretty much anything we wanted to do was only minutes away! Thank you Colonial Properties for such a seamless transaction from booking the cabin to checking in and out! We will definitely be back and will be using Colonial Properties for our future vacations. This was our best vacation ever! The Overlook was perfect. We went with my sister in law and her family and it was wonderful. At the end of the day we would just sit on the deck look at the mountains, and relax with nature, doing nothing while the kids played pool. If you want to be away from it all, this is definitely the cabin. We are already making plans to go back next summer.

The location was great, it's just secluded enough to where you don't feel like everyone can see you, but not so secluded that if you need something you don't have to drive an hour through the woods to get to town. We did have one small issue, called down to the office and the service tech was up there and had the problem fixed in less than an hour. He was great, and did more than we asked him to do. Everyone in our party was super pleased with everything. The cabin was beautiful.

What a great cabin! I loved the privacy. After seeing many of the cabins piled on top of each other I was so thankful for the privacy of this one. The views were so great! Also got to spend time in the hot tub with the snow, it was was just like the movies! What a great time!

We traveled with 4 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 small children. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, but also plenty of space for everyone to gather in the living area or for meals. I would definitely recommend!
