The Peaceful Place is a cozy two-bedroom condo rental just minutes
away from the beautiful Ober Mountain amusement park and ski resort, and only
10 minutes away from Downtown Gatlinburg's shows, restaurants, and attractions,
accommodating up to four guests and includes swimming pool access.
LIVING ROOM
The layout here gives you ultimate convenience,
putting everything within easy reach. Relax on the soft leather couch and gaze
out the glass doors at the rustling trees outside. Catch up on shows on the flat
screen perched over the fireplace. That stone fireplace is the centerpiece of
this living room, but the eye-catching, black leather chair nearly steals the
show as it invites you to kick back and put your feet up. A small bar, tucked
into a nook, is a perfect spot to set up your new collection of local fruit wines
from Gatlinburg’s wineries.
KITCHEN AND DINING AREA
A rustic wood dining table for four rests on a
charming rug decorated with Tennessee black bears. The sideboard gives you
extra space for laying out a buffet supper. The dining area is next to a bar
counter with three more seats and room to have a snack, enjoy your coffee, or
check email on your computer.
On the other side of the counter is the fully
equipped kitchen with all the cookware, utensils, and dinnerware you need to
make and serve your favorite meals. With a double sink, ample storage space,
and counter space for food prep, you can enjoy experimenting with new recipes
or simply heating up delicious takeout.
BEDROOMS
With one king bedroom and one queen bedroom, The
Peaceful Place has enough space for privacy as well as comfort. The country
decor includes a wrought iron bed, beautiful patchwork quilts, wood
furnishings, and sweet, animal-themed touches. The king bedroom features a
private exit to the balcony outside. Two full bathrooms mean there’s no
crowding when it’s time to get ready for your day out in Gatlinburg.
OUTDOOR SPACES
The deck welcomes you to step outside and enjoy
the view over the treetops to the mountain ridges beyond. The deck’s table and
chairs make it a great spot for an outdoor meal, a board game, or a puzzle.
OTHER AMENITIES
The condo includes access to the nearby community
pool for hours of fun. Be sure to bring your bathing suits and pool toys.

This was a very clean condo. The unit had anything you could possibly need. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the couch folds out to a bed as well. It is in a great location. We would definitely stay here again. Colonial Properties has been very responsive and we have been very pleased with the communication leading up to our trip.

Great getaway for our family We booked our trip last minute and could not be happier with this condo! It was perfect for our family of 4, the screened in porch was a huge hit. There were boxes upon our arrival with all the toiletry items we could need, as well as kitchen/laundry detergents. A very nice touch having the towels folded into swans. We will definitely be back+

Adorable condo with gorgeous views Loved staying here. The condo was clean and up to date with a gorgeous view of the mountains. It was nicely furnished with lovely decor. I especially took advantage of the screened in balcony. We were fortunate enough to witness a black bear in the wooded area right beside our condo two separate times. Definitely recommend and will absolutely be staying here for future visits.

Excellent 4 day stay in the mountains We had a great time at the peaceful place! Once we finally made it up the mountain and settled in, we had everything we needed for our stay. It was so quiet on the balcony which was a nice change from the hustle and bustle we escaped from.
