Up to Par is a two bedroom, two bath Pigeon Forge condo rental accommodating up to six guests and overlooking the Gatlinburg Golf Course, showcasing year-round swimming pool access and a terrific location just minutes away from Pigeon Forge restaurants, shopping, and attractions.

Living Room

Stretch out on the buttery-soft leather couch in this open-plan living area. Picture windows let in the light and frame the wooded view outside. The flat-screen TV is wall-mounted so you can watch your favorite shows from anywhere in the living area or kitchen. A sleek, modern pool table stands ready for play 24/7, whether you’re a novice player or an experienced pool shark.

The unusual, free-standing stone fireplace is the centerpiece of the living area. Light a crackling fire and settle down with a book and a glass of locally made fruit wine. 

Kitchen and Dining Area

The honey-toned wood cabinets are topped with elegant flecked countertops, providing plenty of space for food prep. This fully equipped kitchen has all the cookware, serving pieces, and utensils you need to make your favorite dishes. Grab ingredients from the farmer’s market and experiment with sauces from Pigeon Forge’s specialty food shops. Set out a taco bar for dinner on the convenient bar counter. The counter makes a great spot for savoring a cup of coffee or checking your email using the condo’s Wi-Fi. 

With counter seating for three, plus room for three more at the dining table, everyone can gather for meals. The table is steps from the kitchen, so food arrives piping hot. Another large, sunny window makes the dining area cheerful. 

Bedrooms 

Up to Par’s two bedrooms relax you with beautiful colors and casual, country chic decor. 

Bedroom one features a king bed, soothing sage green walls, knotty wood furniture, and mountain-themed art. The second bedroom’s warm, red walls create a cozy space for the king bed with its lovely quilt (look for tiny bears marching across the classic “wedding ring” quilt design!). Both bedrooms have flat-screen TVs, so stay up binging movies or watching sports as late as you like. You’ll have plenty of space in the two full baths with shower and tub combos. 

And the condo has a secret: The living room sofa is a sleep sofa, with room for two.

Outdoor Space

Sit on the shady, sheltered patio to enjoy the mountain view from the patio chairs.

Other Amenities

Up to Par’s guests get access to the nearby community swimming pool, so bring your bathing suits and pool toys.

The condo’s full-sized washer and dryer help you clean up after a day at the pool or on the golf course.
