Living Room

The natural wood tones, soaring cathedral ceilings, plush furnishings, cozy gas fireplace, expansive picture windows that frame the mountains and filter in the natural light, and elegant touches create a truly romantic space to cuddle and reconnect.

Kitchen

The modern kitchen offers all the appliances, space, and cookware needed to prepare breakfasts to share in bed, lunches to enjoy on the back deck, and romantic dinners to enjoy by candlelight in the dining room.

Nestled off the kitchen, the intimate dining area provides a charming space to share meals with majestic views of the mountains and valley as your backdrop.

Great stay for our honeymoon!

Cozy little cabin, perfect for a couple. Conveniently located close to gatlinburg and pigeon forge. Great views where you can wake up and see the mountains from the bed. Colonial properties was very easy to deal with. Would recommend to others

Peaceful Getaway

A perfect cabin for the wife and I. Beautiful view of the mountains and very quiet and peaceful (other than the grunt of a bear that scared my wife out of the hottub!).

Quiet Getaway

This cabin is perfect for a little weekend getaway as a couple. My fiancée and I loved the hot tub, jacuzzi and the view. Can’t beat seeing the mountains while laying in bed. This cabin is close to downtown Gatlinburg and also not far from Pigeon Forge. Overall, we would return to this cabin for another quiet weekend away

My husband and I came to the Smokey Mountains for our honeymoon getaway. We stayed with Colonial Properties at the Wish Upon A Star cabin. During our stay we enjoyed the beauty of God's creation and got to experience some of the many attractions Tennessee has to offer. We enjoyed being semi secluded in the mountains while having the option to go out if we wanted. Overall, we loved our stay and will be back again for an anniversary!

We had a wonderful time staying at Wish Upon a Star. The cabin was clean and the view was spectacular to say the least. This was our first trip to the smoky mountains and it did not disappoint. The only thing we wished we had done differently was book a few extra days so we could’ve seen more things. Our favorite part of the trip was hiking the chimney top trail and eating lunch on top of the large rocks in the creek. We also loved waking up every morning and looking outside at the beautiful view! We went whitewater rafting and took a trip on the sky lift which were both great. We loved coming back to the cabin every evening and grilling out after a long day out and about. We filled out evening with playing cards on the balcony and taking in the sounds of nature. We will definitely be back!

The pictures of the cabin is does not do it justice. It is so much more beautiful if person. Colonial Properties went above and beyond our expectations and the overall experience could not have been any better. Because we had such a good experience we're already talking about coming back next year.

Wish Upon A Star was a terrific little one bedroom cabin. Incredible views off the deck (and from hot tub) and from within the unit as well. Very close to activities in Gatlinburg as well. We booked this cabin for our anniversary, a surprise getaway for my wife and we both loved our stay.
