Welcome to Smoky Mountain Splash in Gatlinburg. Perched high on over five rolling acres, this 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath mountain vacation getaway boasts a posh game room, a wine cellar, and an enormous master suite -- measuring close to 2,000 square feet!

The immaculate great room opens to a heated indoor pool, outfitted with two flat-screen TVs and ample lounge seating. This breathtaking oasis offers a private sanctuary for your next retreat! This amazing vacation rental spans over 7,000 square feet across two floors. A charming wood curved staircase connects the two levels of luxurious living space.

Downstairs, the airy great room is furnished with two elegant sofas and rich area rugs. A player piano, 54” TV, and a gas fireplace make this the ideal space to entertain. Slide open the glass doors in the great room to access the indoor pool area. You’ll find a bistro table for four, comfy seating, and two wall-mounted TVs: a 42” TV in the lounge area and a 68” TV above the heated pool.

A pool table, home theater, stationary fitness bike, and golf arcade game await in the sunken game room. Leather furniture and modern chairs invite your group to unwind.

The gourmet kitchen is fit for the most discerning of chefs. Granite counters compliment stainless steel appliances, including a gas range, double ovens, and a convection microwave. When it's time to eat, choose from the lovely six-person dining room or the formal dining area for eight off the great room, where a full wet bar is equipped with a keg fridge and an icemaker.

Four relaxing bedrooms sleep eight guests comfortably across Smoky Mountain Splash’s two floors. Upstairs, the enormous master suite beckons with a king-size bed and multiple seating areas. An open gas fireplace and wall-mounted 54” TV take center stage, and a private balcony offers sweeping views of the grounds. Enter a spa of your very own in the en-suite master bathroom. A massive walk-in shower, breathtaking jetted tub, and two sinks make getting ready an upscale treat. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds. The shared bath on the second floor is equipped with a tub/shower combination. The two guest rooms on the first floor have queen-size beds, 42” TVs, and a shared en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. One has a private patio with two rocking chairs. A bathroom with a walk-in shower as well as a convenient half bath are also located downstairs.

Over five acres of lush property is your kingdom in the Great Smoky Mountains to explore. Fire up the charcoal grill and enjoy a family cookout. Additional perks at Smoky Mountain Splash include driveway parking for four cars, a washer/dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

A: Hi Reginald! When you book this property it is for your family only. The drive to town would be appropriately 10-15 minutes to downtown.
