MAKING A RESERVATION

We make staying with us fun, simple, and easy!

Reservations may be made with a Vacation Specialist by calling us at 1-800-371-0341 or you may reserve online anytime 24-hours per day.

As soon as your reservation is processed, you will immediately receive a confirmation via email with instructions and details about your upcoming Smoky Mountain vacation.

Due to the high demand for our vacation rentals, we recommend that you reserve your rental as soon as possible. You may reserve one of our Smoky Mountain cabin or condo rentals up to one year in advance.

  1. To rent a 1 bedroom vacation rental, you must be at least 21 years of age.
  2. To rent a 2+ vacation rental, you must be at least 25 years of age.

We do require a valid I.D. to be presented by the Reservation Holder to confirm their age. The Reservation Holder must be staying at the vacation rental for the duration of the reserved dates.

50% of the reservation total is due at the time the reservation is made. The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. We accept all major credit cards.

Our Cancellation Promise is offered to you at the time that you make a reservation. This optional fee enables you to receive a full refund, less the Cancellation Promise amount, in the event that you need to cancel your reservation. To receive the refund, you must cancel the reservation at least 14 days prior to your arrival date for 1 - 2 bedroom vacation rentals, and 30 days or more prior to your arrival date for 3+ bedroom vacation rentals. In the event that the Cancellation Promise is not purchased at the time the reservation is made, there shall be no refunds or cancellations whatsoever.

You will receive the address to your vacation rental 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date via email, provided that your reservation has been paid in full.

Additionally, you will receive the key code to your vacation rental via text and email 2 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.

We will make every effort to have your vacation ready for your arrival by 4PM Eastern Standard Time. However, during peak season, this is not guaranteed.

We offer one of the easiest and most convenient ways to Check-In to your vacation rental. All of our rentals feature a keyless entry touchpad for easy access. With our Virtual Check-In, you can go straight to your vacation rental without the need to visit our office.

Unfortunately, all great things must eventually come to an end. Check-Out Time is at 11 a.m. Eastern Standard Time.

Check-Out is easy too! We ask that you please place trash in the outdoor receptacle, clean any dirty dishes, pick up any large messes, and secure all doors and windows behind you. Please have a safe trip back home!

ABOUT OUR VACATION RENTALS

Not all of our vacation rentals are dog-friendly. For a list of dog friendly rentals, view our pet-friendly vacation rentals.

We do not allow gatherings in any of our vacation rentals for more than the stated maximum number of occupants.

Most of our vacation rentals do offer WiFi internet access, but not all of them. If WiFi is offered, it will be listed as an amenity or view our vacation rentals with WiFi.

We provide linens for beds, bath towels, and washcloths.

We start you with 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, bar soap in the bathroom, 2 dishwashing tabs, and 1 dish towel. Once these items have been depleted, you will need to furnish them for the remaining duration of your stay. Salt, pepper, and spices are not included.

The kitchen is stocked with plates, cups, bowls, forks, spoons, knives, and basic cooking pots, pans, and utensils.

None of our vacation rentals allow smoking indoors. You may smoke outside or on the deck.

Please report any issues regarding the cleanliness of hot tubs, swim spas, or pools upon arrival. We will do our best to resolve them right away. To keep these spaces clean and serviceable for all guests, please shower off before using them and refrain from using any lotions or oils. If issues are reported more than 24 hours after arrival, any additional cleaning fees will be charged to the registered guest.
