Each of Lazy Bear Landing’s two floors is a full living, eating, and sleeping space. It’s like having two complete apartments in one cabin. Check out this gem for up to 10 guests.

FIRST FLOOR

Living Room: The eye-catching, brick-red exposed beams and big, leather sofas make this living space contemporary and so inviting! Sink into a sofa to binge your favorite shows on the extra-large flat screen TV. Play foosball, or classic video games on the full-sized arcade console, and pretend you’re a teen again.

Kitchen and Dining Area: Snacks and drinks are only steps from the living area, with this convenient, open plan kitchen. Set up a pancake buffet or taco bar at the handy dining table. This kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes, cookware, utensils, and gadgets you need to make meals for the whole group, or just pack picnics for days out. 

Bedrooms: The first-floor bedrooms both feature queen beds with classic, retro metal frames. Adorable animal-themed quilts add both warmth and Appalachian charm. You’ll sleep soundly with friendly bears and noble elk standing guard! These bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower stall. 

SECOND FLOOR

Living Room: Ultra-comfy leather and suede seating awaits you in this second living room. Overhead, the soaring, vaulted ceiling makes the room airy and light. A second flat screen TV is here, and an electric fireplace keeps you toasty in winter. 

Kitchen and Dining Area: Fully equipped like its twin downstairs, the second-floor kitchen has a touch of modern elegance with black cabinets and granite countertops. This dining table can seat up to 10. Gather the whole family for meals here or clear the table and set up board games or a poker tournament! 

Bonus sunroom: This a great retreat for “me time.” A wall of windows looks out into the trees. Make a hot cup o’ joe at the coffee station, then settle down in the glider rocking chair. Need privacy to get a little work done? Use the desk here. Try not to be distracted by the birds chirping outside! 

Bedrooms: The two queen bedrooms have graceful wooden sleigh beds and high ceilings. The shared bathroom features a shower stall. 

Need extra space for sleepyheads? A queen bed sleeper sofa adds more options for a good night’s rest. 

OUTDOOR SPACES

Two levels of covered decks overlook the woods. The lower deck is home to your private, soothing hot tub. Soak your aching muscles after a day of hiking in the Smokies or shopping in Pigeon Forge! 

The lower deck is also where you’ll find the stone fire pit–it sits right on the covered deck. You can enjoy an outdoor fire even if it’s raining! Nearby, a gas grill is ready for you to toss on steaks, chicken, or shrimp for delicious outdoorsy flavor.

There’s even more outdoor seating for the whole crew. Drink in the fresh mountain air at the upper deck’s cafe table, the picnic table in the yard, or the seating area just downhill from the cabin.
