  • Everything they said it would be.Grandaughter loved air hockey game in basement.

  • Great place to stay. Very clean. Just like the photos. Easy access to everything in Pigeon Forge.

  • The cabin was beautiful and as pictured in the photos. Very clean!

  • Stayed here two years in a row and we love it. Close to town and still feels secluded. All you need for a weeks vacation. Will stay here again next time I go.

  • A beautiful home and new furniture. Stayed here last week and came home today. This place is in a great location, near all the attractions. Stayed here two years straight in a row. That should tell you something in it's self. The staff is awesome.

  • It was great for a family stay. The kids loved it.

  • We had a great week in Gatlinburg and the cabin was a great and comfortable place to stay.

  • My family and I were very pleased with the cabin we stayed in. We were in the Bear Tracks cabin and it was huge. Three separate floors, so we all had our privacy. The pool was a minute away. We really enjoyed our stay.

  • Very clean! Quite and peaceful. Plenty of room! Loved the closeness to the city.

  • We stayed at Bear tracks this summer with our children and grand children, total of eight. The cabin was in great condition, clean, and neat. All amenities are exactly as described.Children love the roominess, out door Jacuzzi and swimming pool. The location was so convenient,it was close to grocery and other facilities but very seclude and with good privacy. The staff at the main office were helpful. We highly recommend this cabin and Colonial Properties service.

  • Bear Tracks was absolutely the most gorgeous cabin!! The cleanliness of the cabin & the comfort were tip-top!! We enjoyed the cabin so very much & really appreciate the fact that everything was clean & crisp! It's a resort we will definitely be coming back to!!

  • We (seven of us) stayed in Bear Tracks over the Thanksgiving holidays. The cabin was very comfortable. My one complaint would be that for winter, they could probably heat the lowest level a bit more. The house was close in to Pigeon Forge so you only drove a couple of miles to reach the Parkway, a Kroger and the many attractions of Pigeon Forge. My grandchildren enjoyed the jacuzzi on the upper floor because the weather was a bit too nippy to use the hot tub comfortably. This house has three levels with two living spaces so there is plenty of room to move around.

  • The whole family enjoyed the stay and comfort of the cabin and convenience of the location to other sights.

  • It was great and we truly enjoyed it!!

  • I'm Kathy Godin from Pontotoc, MS. My family and my brothers family just finished our stay at Bear Tracks Cabin Memorial Day weekend 2015. It was just wonderful. The cabin was neat and clean. Well stocked with dishes for all of us. We cooked all but one of our meals there. Swimming pool right down the hill. The kids loved it. They also loved the air hockey table. They all were teenagers. They had the bottom floor. My brother and his wife the main floor and my husband and me the top floor. Perfect for everyone. Plenty of sleeping room. Take your own games for late nights in the cabin. Never turned TV's on. We are big family game night people. Well worth your money. Hot tub was nice too. Only wish we had had a few more days. Highly recommend Bear Tracks and Colonial Properties.

  • Our trip was a last minute getaway with 2 other couples. Bear Tracks was great! 3 floors gave us each our own space. We enjoyed playing air hockey and going swimming! Colonial Properties is a wonderful cabin rental company. This was our 4th time renting with them and looking forward to #5 in November!

  • Very peaceful location and beautiful cabins

  • My husband and I went to the Pigeon Forge area for a long weekend and stayed in Bear Tracks. We absolutely LOVED it! We have stayed in the area a few other times in hotels and cabins through other vendors and we not as pleased as we were with Colonial Properties. First of all, one of my main concerns while traveling to Tennessee is the windy up-hill roads - they always make me nervous, especially in winter months. The location of Bear Tracks is perfect! I wasn't nervous driving the road at all. There's a bit a of a hill, but it's not bad. It is located right next to a Kroger (which is great for those items accidentally forgotten at home) and is less than a mile away from the main strip in Pigeon Forge. Second, the cabin was so clean! As soon as we walked in, we knew we had chosen a great place to stay. Also, having three floors to ourselves was a little much for two people, but it was still fun to have all that space. There were a few concerns: the land lines in the cabin didn't work and the basement was freezing (the thermostat downstairs didn't work). These things weren't an issue in the long-run though. Finally, the free tickets that came with the rental were awesome! We only got to take advantage of one ticket (we were too busy Christmas shopping!), but if a family were to stay one night or even a week, those free tickets really add up to a lot of savings! In conclusion, I highly recommend Bear Tracks!
