We're There When You Need Us...

Colonial Properties Cabin and Resort Rentals is open 363 days a year. We only close on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Our Check-In Center and Reservations Department operate on the same schedule as well.

Our maintenance department is open 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.

Our exceptional housekeeping department operates 7 days a week to ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep.

Day or night, we are constantly monitoring and maintaining your vacation rental with the utmost care and professional service.
