This supremely comfy living room features a leather couch, leather double recliner seating two, and glider rocking chair gathered around the beautiful stone fireplace. Relax in these inviting seats to watch the flat-screen TV or just enjoy the golden, warm wood tones everywhere. You can step out onto the deck through the glass doors that let you gaze at the wooded view in any weather. Bonus windows at ceiling level bring in even more light to reflect on the polished wood of the cathedral ceiling.
This Pigeon Forge cabin has an additional living area separate from the main cabin. This is the perfect spot to read a book, watch a little TV, nap, or to give children and teenagers their own living space to enjoy while vacationing in the Smokies.
Kitchen and Dining Area
Adjacent to the living area, the kitchen is ideally designed to encourage chatting with the chef. This fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all the cookware, utensils, and dinnerware you’ll need to make your tastiest meals, or to experiment with new recipes. A large, convenient counter bar separates the living room and kitchen and seats four to enjoy snacks and meals, or to help with food prep.
Serve your bountiful breakfasts, casual lunches, and delicious dinners in the nearby dining area, just steps from both the kitchen and the living room in this open-plan main level. The table seats four but expands so you can gather more folks for food and fun.
Just off the bunk room is the rec room, with its own deck access. Try your hand at pool on the elegant, old-fashioned pool table. Rack up the colorful balls and start to see who’s the best player, or teach yourself if you’ve never played before! Your audience can sit on the leather-topped barstools at the high-top table and snack while you play. The rec room’s flat-screen TV lets you catch up on shows or movies, too.
With its own en-suite full bathroom, the main level’s master suite features a king-size luxuriously comfy log bed. Lie down and watch your flat-screen TV. Nearby are your private doors leading directly onto the deck. You don’t have to figure out who gets the wonderful master suite, because there are two of them here at Key Bluff!
The lower level offers you a second king bedroom that’s actually another master suite complete with a full, private en-suite bathroom, flat-screen TV, and lovely log bed.
Kids or teens can have their own special space in the terrific bunk room, where four log bunk beds include one extra-wide bunk. The kids get their personal flat-screen TV here too, so they can hang out and take in all the shows they’ve been wanting to see, without having to negotiate for screen time on your own TV upstairs. There’s a full bath on this level, too, so the kids won’t be dashing up and down the stairs when it’s bath time.
Key Bluff boasts fantastic outdoor amenities to make your vacation cabin as fun outside as it is beautiful inside. On the covered upper deck, the padded wicker furniture invites you to linger and gaze at the mountain view.
Sit on the porch swing and recall your day’s adventures in Pigeon Forge or sip on local fruit wine.
The generous, wraparound deck has a picnic table and grill, too. You can rock away the hours, with four rocking chairs on the second deck, on the cabin’s lower level. Or soak away your cares day or night in the bubbling hot tub.
An amazing fire pit is an ideal spot for toasting marshmallows while you tell stories about your fun days in Pigeon Forge. Four rustic, custom benches surround the fire pit, so your whole clan can meet under the stars by the blazing fire.
At Key Bluff, you’re conveniently close to Pigeon Forge’s great entertainments, like these:

My family and I had a weeks stay here just a day ago. There's so many things to say but all positive. Firstly the housekeeping service was fantastic. You could tell they worked really hard on making the place clean and presentable, thanks Maggie! Secondly, the Cabin is just beautiful and cozy. My family all loved it and felt at home away from home. We only had to call once while on our stay and they promptly took care of the matter. Oh and we had 3 small cubs come by so that was really cool just to see them. The drive to the cabin isn't a hard one if you're worried about being to far up the mountain.
Just as advertised. This was a fantastic cabin and would most certainly rent again. The cabin was clean beyond my expectations and perfectly located close to Dollywood and Gatlinburg. Having two master suites was a plus for our crew. The staff called us to see how our check in was and if we needed anything. Great all around experience and would do it again.
We loved this Cabin!!!!! This Cabin was a great home away from home. This is our 3rd time using you all for cabin rentals, and will continue to use you all. Thank you again for a great place to stay.
Thanks for letting us enjoy our time at the cabin ?
This was a perfect cabin for two families, great layout and close to get to town, dollywood and hiking!
We really enjoyed our stay! The house was conveniently located! We enjoyed using the charcoal grill for dinners and having a campfire! The house was very clean. It also had a large covered porch that we really appreciated on the rainy day!
Will come back visit again!
Had a great time in a very beautiful place..will be returning.
Property was very clean and beautiful on the inside! Loved the location and view from the cabin. Will definitely be staying again!
Enjoyed the entire visit. Great location and estate.
We had a wonderful stay at Key Bluff! The cabin was very beautiful and my girls loved it! Enjoyed teaching them how to play pool and just taking time to relax. The cabin was perfectly located for our liking with being just 10 minutes out of town away from all of the hustle of Pidgeon Forge but close enough to all that it has to offer. We would love to go back to Key Bluff again in the future.
Excellent property and excellent people. We had a wonderful time and looking forward to coming back
We so enjoyed our extended weekend at the Key Bluff Cabin! This very spacious rental is conveniently located within 15 minutes of town, but it's far enough away to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains. Very well maintained with lots of room and amenities.
My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful cabin. The rental folks were top notch! Wonderful easy service. I will be returning.
We had a wonderful experience and beautiful family time at Key Bluff cabin. Will definitely visit again.
The cabin was absolutely amazing. The staff was so great to talk to. I will definitely recommend them and will be using them again.
We can't wait to come back to Key Bluff next year. This was hands down, the BEST vacation we've ever had. Thank you!
Beautiful cabin in an accessible location - close to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge (Island), as well as Knoxville. Well maintained location and helpful customer service.
This was a getaway trip for my husband and me. We had originally reserved a different cabin and upon arrival, we found a water problem that could not be fixed to accommodate us. The staff at Colonial Properties was THE BEST at getting us into Key Bluff (an upgrade from our original cabin) in a timely manner. Key Bluff was a great place to stay and we will definitely consider it again when staying in The Smokey Mountains with family in the future. Thank you for a wonderful getaway weekend!
As always, an incredibly beautiful cabin & location. Clean, accommodating, spacious & quite. Easy check in & check out. The staff is so kind if needed. This is our second time using Colonial Properties, we plan on returning!
Cabin was beautiful and very clean!! We have stayed in several cabins over the years, and this one is by far the nicest with the best views and most privacy! Thanks for such a wonderful experience....we will definitely be back!!
