Gatlinburg Brewing Company

Love a good craft beer? Then Gatlinburg Brewing Co. is a must on your trip to the Smoky Mountains! With new brews always debuting, and delicious, hand-tossed pizzas, this local favorite will become your personal favorite too. Here’s what to expect.

Local Brews You’ll Love

Gatlinburg Brewing Co. has locations in Gatlinburg and Sevierville. The Gatlinburg location’s huge windows wrap around the dining room and bar, giving you views of downtown. Watch the world go by outside while you relax under the kindly gaze of the bearded bear, the brewer’s mascot.

The beer and cider menu changes, guaranteeing that on a repeat visit, you’ll get to try different drinks. A typical beer list here might offer a dozen of Gatlinburg Brewing Co’s own creations, plus “guest tap” drinks including ciders (with exotic sips like pineapple cider!), seltzers, and non-alcoholic choices.

Eye-opening Breakfast Juice is an IPA with zingy tropical flavors. Empress Wu’s Wit is a white beer, a pale Belgian ale with peppercorn and citrus. For a roasted brown English ale, order Don’t Feed the Bears–every purchase supports bear rescues. Check the online menu to see many more of the daily ales, stouts, and IPAs.

Mouth-Watering Pizza

The kitchen here specializes in pizza, and doesn’t hold back on the variety! Build your own custom 10-inch pie, starting with a hand-tossed wheat crust or a gluten-free cauliflower crust. The chef will slather on your choice of sauces–tomato sauce, for sure, but you can pick creamy alfredo, tangy BBQ, white American cheese, buffalo, or beer cheese sauces. Toppings feature the classics but why not try beer-braised sausage or beer-braised beef on top too?

Ten specialty pizzas tempt you with cool combos, from “Meat-a-Palooza” to “Not a Sandwich” (pizza with bacon, tomato, greens, and ranch dressing). Appetizers are classic bar food like wings and pretzels, freshly made. If you dare, nosh “hot sticks,” mozzarella sticks with pickled jalapenos!

Hours and Locations

The Gatlinburg location, less than a five-minute walk from Anakeesta theme park along the Parkway, opens at noon and closes at 1 a.m. daily. In Sevierville, drop in from noon until 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday or noon until midnight on Friday and Saturday.
