Junction 35

Taste a snappy cinnamon whiskey or a juicy peach moonshine. Grab a plump burger or settle in with gourmet mac and cheese. You’re at Junction 35, where original cocktails, fine spirits, and hearty food will make you want to come back again and again. What can you expect at this Pigeon Forge distillery and restaurant?
WELCOME TO THE JUNCTION
Junction 35’s name honors the railroad workers who helped build America. When railways ruled, the junction was a meeting place, just like Junction 35 is today. And the “35”? That’s the latitude coordinate for Pigeon Forge.
The restaurant and bar sit right next to the distillery, just off the Parkway in the heart of Pigeon Forge.
A MOUTH-WATERING MENU
Order favorite Smoky Mountains starters like smoked wings, fried pickles, or pulled pork nachos.
BBQ lovers will want to try brisket, ribs, sausage, and pulled pork. Burgers are a house blend of chuck and brisket for rich flavor. Try the Tennessee Hot Burger with Nashville hot sauce and blackened seasonings, or The Barrel with honey bourbon BBQ sauce and smoked bacon.
Entrees include shrimp and grits, sirloin beef tips, and grilled salmon. Junction 35’s pasta specialties include grown-up mac and cheese, like mac topped with pulled pork and house-made BBQ sauce. The chicken, bacon, and ranch mac are savory. The four cheese mac stars Gruyere, parmesan, smoked gouda, and of course cheddar.
Round out your meal with Southern-inspired sides like cheese grits, coleslaw, and irresistible loaded mashed potatoes.
Leave room for a homemade dessert! Creamy cheesecake, s’mores chocolate cake, and bourbon balls await.
