A RELAXING LOCATION

SkyLand Ranch perches on one of the highest spots in Sevierville, so visitors look out over the town to the mountains all around. The location lets you escape the bustle of the busy town below. When you’ve finished your day of fun at SkyLand, you’re close to Sevierville restaurants and shopping, including Tanger Outlets.

HYBRID CHAIRLIFT

Chairlifts ferry folks up mountainsides all over this area, but the SkyLand Ranch chairlift is different. This “hybrid chairlift” gives you the choice of a classic, open “chair” (think: ski lift) or an open-air cabin!

SUSPENDED BRIDGE, TREETOP WALKS, AND ZIPLINES

Spend hours here without your feet touching the ground! Get a bird’s-eye view of the forest as you stroll on walkways through the treetops. “Canopy walks” are suspended pathways giving you access to the forest canopy high above the ground. Complete your aerial experience by flying on the ziplines!

MOUNTAIN COASTER

With a track more than a mile long, the SkyLand mountain coaster promises plenty of thrills and wonderful views. Mountain coasters use gravity to propel your coaster car along a track while you control your speed, so you choose how calm or zippy you want your descent to be. These classic coasters are great for all ages.

HORSEBACK RIDING

Whether you’re an experienced rider or have never been on a horse, you’ll enjoy exploring riding trails on the ranch’s horses.

MINIATURE ANIMALS

Every ranch needs friendly animals to pet and feed! Get to know adorable miniature donkeys, miniature cows, and more sweet animals that will delight kids and adults alike.

FOOD AND RETAIL BARNS

In keeping with SkyLand’s rustic feel, visitors shop inside spacious barn buildings. The food barn features seasonal food options, a candy shop, and a bakery offering gourmet cupcakes–a perfect treat after a horseback ride or a canopy walk!
