Beautiful home, clean and beautiful setting. Definitely would recommend it for anyone to stay. Booking and website and information was excellent. Will definitely come back again.
My family really enjoyed our stay.
Property and mgt team were great. No issues at all. Easy directions, instructions and communications were plentiful. I will stay with them again.
The bear crossing was a wonderful place to stay.
This cabin was beautiful! Super clean. No complaints. Would stay here again.
The check in process was great and was even ready a little earlier, which worked out wonderful! The check out procedures were clear and easy! The property was very clean and had everything we needed! Will definitely be back
Would stay here again in a heartbeat. All the comforts of home only better
We loved everything about this cabin! Very clean, great location. We will be return guests for sure!
Customer service was awesome. Very clean and cozy had a wonderful time with my friends.
We had a wonderful time. The cabin was everything the description said it would be. It was peaceful (except for the construction noise across the street from a new cabin being built). The hot tub was a great way to relax at the end of the day. Colonial Properties was very responsive throughout the rental process from beginning to end. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. We will certainly recommend them to any one who is looking for a first rate company to rent a cabin from. Thanks for the great service and beautiful property.
We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Everything was as stated and the cleanliness was great. Just wish our trip had been longer so we could have enjoyed the cabin longer
Great stay and great location. Living room is very cozy and comfortable—love the couches! A bigger tv screen would be nice above the fire place for movie night lol
This is, overall, a very good place to stay. One difficulty is there are no drawers to place your clothing. Yes there is sufficient closet space, but somethings just can’t be hung. This is our second stay at this cabin and we would stay again!
Colonial Properties staff was very easy to work with and the prices were reasonable. The cabin was beautiful and just as it looked on the internet. I would definitely encourage everyone to book with Colonial Properties.
We enjoyed our vacation stay at this cabin. There was plenty of room for my grandchildren to play and not be cooped up. Location was wonderful. I am glad we could take our dog with us.
Our stay at Bear Crossing was very nice. It was 3 couples and we had lots of room. We went to Cades Cove seen LOTS of bears, deer, turkey and coyotes.
We had a terrific time in the cabin!!! Enough space for our family!! The cabin was just far enough from the hustle of the strip, easy to get too!!! We will be staying again!! Thank you colonial properties!!
We loved the cabin. Had a great time. Very quiet location. Beautiful area. Would love to go back and take my whole family.
Great place for the family to a spend time with each other and to have fun together.
