Base camp was perfect. The view of the mountains was picture perfect. Close to town but far enough away that we felt alone in the woods. When we saw the bear come out of the woods and just sit in the yard with us above it for awhile it was just the icing on the cake!it was a perfect week for my family. Thank you for sharing your cabin.
Great cabin. Really enjoyed our stay.
My husband and I had a wonderful time!
This cabin has an amazing view from the balconies it had plenty of room for our family of 4 and can accommodate a few more.
I thought that the cabin was well kept and there was plenty of room. The view was great and the only bear we saw was the bear running down the road in front of our car. We had a great time and look forward to a return visit.
This is our second year staying with Colonial Properties, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The cabins are beautiful.
Everything about this cabin was absolutely wonderful! It was so very clean and well taken care of and in the most perfect location! We didn't want to leave and now can't wait to go back!
We've stayed in two different cabins through Colonial Properties - Each was beautiful and exactly like what is shown on-line.... and the views spectacular. This is the first web-site I go to when booking a vacation in the mountains in Tennessee.
Incredible cabin! We loved our stay and will definitely be back!
We had a great time staying at Base Camp. It was the perfect size for our family of 6. We saw a bear everyday that we were there! Colonial Properties was great to rent from!
Cabin was very nice, modern, and clean. Our family really enjoyed our stay in Gatlinburg this was our first visit and hope to be back soon. Check in and out was super easy all the office staff was very friendly and helpful.
Beautiful view. Very nice cabin. Very clean.
Great place..mother nature and surroundings were on track!! Couple of visitors [bears] family great experience!!
This was our first trip to Gatlinburg and we had a great time! The cabin is about 4 miles up into the mountains with a view of both the woods and the mountains. The cabin was very nice and much more spacious than getting a hotel room for the week!
